Harvest and fair at Carl Linnaeus' country estate. Trade stands with skins, craft, cheese, bread and vegetables from local producers. Try your hand at rye harvesting. The children can try on 18th century clothes and play old fashioned games. There will also be harvest of hops.
Guided tour of Linnaeus' house in English at 12.30. Free entrance for guests in 18th century costume!

Illustrations of bulbous plants from Olof Rudbeck the Elder’s magnificent Book of Flowers. All plants selected were cultivated in the Linnaeus Garden by Rudbeck in the 17th century.
The US artist Brandy Kraft shows plants in an innovative way in her colourful paintings. She preserves the beauty of fantasy flowers for future generations.
A Linnaean Garden Party

Try your hand at origami, learn about kimonos and witness a Japanese tea ceremony in Linnaeus' orangery. Listen to classical music and enjoy a choir singing. Visit Carl Linnaeus' home. As darkness falls, the garden will be Illuminated by candles. Enjoy a magical stroll among the flowers of autumn.
